About The Renegade Roadhouse
Proprietors Tex and RJ have been friends since 1988. RJ and Tex, also known as Cowboy and Cowpoke among other terms, recognize the folly of sites that focus on separate decades and genres. RJ, with his background as a D.J. and radio junkie, conspired with Tex to cross genres and decades with a Southern-Southwestern thread of rebellion, wanderlust and boy-girl intrigue. We call it Hard Livin, Hard Lovin. The Roadhouse is now open in Cañon City, where RJ resides. In the words of our muscle car, biker, and rowdy friends: Sit Down, Shut Up, and Hang On!
